The trust was established by the Government in the year 1960 to achieve its objectives, under Rajasthan Urban Improvement Act 1959. It is responsible for overall development of Ajmer town. ESPL's project scope was to develop Web based Application Software that includes Scheme Management and Project Management System and Web Portal Development. ESPL is the IT partner of UIT, Ajmer and is responsible for Application Development, Deploy and maintain Server Infrastructure, Application Hosting, Email Services, Database Management and Master Data Preparation, Disastor Recovery Management, PC Infrastructure and LAN, Operational Services and Overall Project Management.
