ESPL was awarded a contract for developing and implementing the Integrated Property Management Solution for GLADA (Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority) consisting of following modules:
- Land Acquisition.
- Sales Management.
- License Colony Management.
- Property Management.
- Financial Accounting.
- Single Window Management.
- Ongoing Project details
- Legal Management
- RTI module
As part of project 11000 property files have been digitized by us and have been fed Online into the system for Online access which has also been given to property owners.
As an extension of the above order PUDA (Punjab Urban Development Authority) has given an extension order of adopting above modules at PUDA as well as developing and implementing additional modules for HRMS and OUVGL along with digitization of all HRMS files.
GMADA has also awarded ESPL the contract for adopting aforesaid modules
(developed for GLADA and PUDA) as well as Scheme Management Solution and digitizing 1,00,000 property files.
Similarly, PATIALA, JHALANDHAR, AMRITSAR, BHATINDA Development Authorities have also ordered for adaptation and implementation of all the above modules at their respective Authorities.
