The Department of Mines and Geology (DMG) of Rajasthan state, with headquarters at Udaipur, has a reputation for being among the best organized DMGs in the country. They include Remote Sensing and Geophysical surveys while also providing Chemical, Ceramic and Ore Dressing laboratories. ESPL's project scope was to develop GIS based Mining Revenue Management System.

ESPL was as well responsible for following Application Development, Deploy and maintain the server infrastructure, Application Hosting, Email Services, Database Management and Master Data Preparation, Disastor Recovery Management, PC Infrastructure and LAN, Operational Service and Overall Project Management.
